Digital Underground Connect builds upon the outcomes and network of the Digital Underground research project, a collaboration between Singapore-ETH Centre and Singapore Land Authority. The project delivered a roadmap towards a reliable map of subsurface utilities in Singapore. A thriving and sustainable utility mapping ecosystem can't exist without the capable professionals that are at its core. The roadmap highlights the engagement of a Community of Practice as a key theme for the development of capacity, good practices, and valuable community feedback.

Together with Bentley Digital Advancement Academies, SEC and SLA established Digital Underground Connect: A Community of Practice for professionals committed to a reliable digital twin of the underground.
